​Cherry Creek Townhouse Corporation was established in 1964 as the Homeowners Association for the first townhouse community located in Denver. Our community is bordered by S Yosemite Street to the west, E Lehigh Avenue to the north, S Boston Street to the east, and E Mansfield Avenue to the south. We are close to the DTC, I-225, and Hampden Avenue.  Bike to Cherry Creek State Park and the High Line Canal Trail. Walk to the Dayton Avenue Light Rail station.
